Description:
Human IGFBP-3 antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG1) which binds to human IGFBP-3. The antibody was prepared by immunising mice with Human IGFBP-3 and a synthetic peptide epitope of IGFBP-3. It has 100% cross-reactivity with IGFBP-3. Cross-reactivity to other IGF binding proteins (iGFBP-1, 2, 4, 5 and 6) is <0.05%.

- Specificity: Cross-reacts 100% with IGFBP-3. Cross-reactivity to other IGF binding proteins (IGFBP-1, 2, 4, 5 and 6) is <0.05%

- Storage: At least 2 years at 2 – 8°C (lyophilized). After reconstitution store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles
- Reconstitution: Dissolve in 0.2 ml sterile water and allow to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Dilute in a buffer suitable for the desired application
- Application and Titre: GroPep recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. ELISA (1/1,000 – 1/100,000).
