Staining procedure: Incubate this antibody with tissue section for 30-60 minutes at room temperature. Follow the instructions from the selected detection system.

Background: Thyroglobulin is the precursor of thyroid hormones. These antibodies can be used to identify differentiated thyroid carcinomas, metastatic thyroid carcinomas. Thyroglobulin is expressed in papillary and follicular thyroid cancer cells.
