Staining procedure: Incubate this antibody with tissue section for 30-60 minutes at room temperature. Follow the instructions from the selected detection system.
Storage: Store at 2-8°C and in the dark. Do not use after expiration date.

Background: A prostate-specific antigen expressed in cells of benign and malignant neoplasms of the prostate gland. These antibodies stain the epithelium of the prostate, used to identify metastases of prostate adenocarcinoma, as well as for the differential diagnosis of adenocarcinoma and urothelial carcinoma. Antibodies to PSA often used in conjunction with antibodies to prostatic acid phosphatase (PLAP) and CD57. This combination of three markers has great diagnostic value.
