The Eagle Bioscience’s Human TGF-alpha antiserum (Rabbit) is for research use only and not to be used for diagnostic procedures.
Specificity: Human TGF-α, 100%. L- TGF-α, 50%. Human EGF <0.01%.

Size: 100 µl
Reconstitution: Dissolve the vial contents in 500µl sterile water and dilute in a buffer suitable for the application.
Description: Human TGF-α antiserum was prepared by immunising rabbits with human TGF-α conjugated to ovalbumin. It cross-reacts 100% with human TGF-α and 50% with L-TGF-α. Cross-reactivity to human EGF is < 0.01%. This antiserum can be used to develop an enzyme immunoassay for TGF-α.
Storage/Stability: At least 2 years at 2 – 4°C (lyophilized). After reconstitution store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles
