The Eagle Bioscience’s Bream Growth Hormone Polyclonal Antibody (Rabbit) is for research use only and not to be used for diagnostic procedures.
Specificity: Specific for Bream GH. Cross-reactivity to trout GH, goldfish GH, human GH, rate GH and porcine GH is <0.2%
Source: Rabbit antiserum. The immunoglobulin fraction was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography of serum obtained from a rabbit immunized with recombinant bream growth hormone

Size: 200 µg (2 x 100 µg)
Reconstitution: Dissolve the vial contents in 200 µl sterile water or buffer solution and stand for 10 minutes at room temperature. Dilute further in a buffer suitable for the application.
Description: Bream growth hormone (GH) polyclonal antibody was prepared by immunizing rabbits with recombinant bream GH (Acanthopagrus butcheri). The immunoglobulin fraction was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography. The antibody has 100% cross-reactivity with black bream GH but < 0.2% to trout GH, goldfish GH, human GH, rat GH and porcine GH. It is suitable for use in immunoassay, immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry.
Storage/Stability: At least 2 years at 2 – 4°C (lyophilized). After reconstitution store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles
