Anticonjugated L-Glutamate Polyclonal Antibody
The Anticonjugated L-Glutamate Polyclonal Antibody is For Research Use Only
When the anti-conjugated L-Glutamate Polyclonal Antibody was tested in a competitive ELISA, the anti-conjugated L-Glutamate antibody did not show any significant cross reactivity with L-Glutamic acid analogs, including D-Glutamate, L-Glutamine and L-Aspartate conjugates.
Synonyms:Anti-L-Glutamic acid rabbit polyclonal antibody
Immunogen:Conjugated L-Glutamate
Size: 50µl
Storage: 4°C
Storage buffer: Before use, vial should be resuspended in 50 µL of ultrapure water. Store at +4°C for short term (1-2 weeks). Aliquot and store at -20°C for long term. Avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.
Affinity & Specificity Competitive ELISA demonstrates that low amounts of L-Glutamate conjugate are required to abolish antigen-antibody reaction (high affinity), while rising concentrations of D-Glutamate, L-Glutamine and L-Aspartate conjugates do not affect reaction (high specificity).
