When the Eagle Biosciences anti-conjugated D-Glutamate polyclonal antibody was tested in a competitive ELISA, it did not show any significant cross reactivity with D-Glutamate analogs, L-Glutamate and D-Aspartate.

Affinity & Specificity
Competitive ELISA demonstrates that low amounts of D-Glutamate conjugate are required to abolish antigen-antibody reaction (high affinity), while rising concentrations of L-Glutamate and D-Aspartate conjugates do not affect reaction (high specificity).
