Description:
Human epidermal growth factor (EGF) antiserum was prepared by immunizing rabbits with human EGF conjugated to ovalbumin. It cross-reacts 100% with human EGF and 56% with L-EGF. Cross reactivity to human TGF-α is < 0.01%. This antiserum can be used to develop immune based assays and detection systems for human EGF. .
