Specificity: WESTERN BLOT: Specific for the GST mu form (in rat and human) and does not cross-react with alpha or pi class GST’s. Reactive with 0.1µg of purified rat and /or human GST Yb1.
Application: Western blot analysis.
Quantity: 100 µL of goat antiserum.
Protein Concentration: 68 mg/mL
Working Dilution: A dilution of 1:1000 for Western blots will yield a positive result with >0.1mg of purified rat Yb1 GST or recombinant human M1-1. Alkaline phosphatase-conjugated anti-goat IgG secondary antibody is used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
