Description: This polyclonal antibody to human glutathoine S-transferase A1-1 is produced in rabbit and is provided as antiserum.

Immunogen: Recombinant human GST A1-1 expressed in E. Coli.

Storage Buffer: Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.5.

Specificity: Specific for the alpha form (human and rat). Minimal crossreactivity with the pi form of GST, but does not cross-react with the mu form of GST. Reactive with 30.2 ug of recombinant human GST A1-1.

Application: Western Blot

Working Dilution: A dilution of 1:5000 for Western Blots will yield a positive result with 30.2 ug of recombinant human GST A1-1. HRP conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody should be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
