Product manufactured in the USA

Immunoglobulin Type: Polyclonal Rabbit IgG.
Specificity: Prepared against synthetic peptide corresponding to a distinct C terminal region (DARSPTSPVPVPVM resides 684-697) from rat protein kinase Cg and, based on known homologies, is expected to react with most mammalian species.
Applications:Intended for use in Western blots, ELISA, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemical techniques for fresh or frozen sections. Paraffin-embedded and fixed tissues have not been tested.
Recommended dilutions: For Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Western blotting using alkaline phosphatase or horseradish peroxidase, a dilution of 1:250 is recommended. With a more sensitive detection system, such as enhanced chemiluminescence or ELISA, the antibody may be diluted further.
Contents (per vial): 100 µL of rabbit antiserum containing 0.05% sodium azide.
Storage: Stable for several months at 4°C,  up to a year at -20°C, and indefinitely at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze thaws.
