Specificity: This rabbit antibody reacts specifically with 15-lipoxgenase form-2 in human tissues and 8-lipoxygenase in murine tissues.
Application: This antibody is useful for Western Blots, enhanced chemiluminescence, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA methodologies. For Western blots using alkaline phosphatase, a dilution of 1:3000 is recommended. A higher dilution may be needed with more sensitive developing techniques.
Storage: Stable several months at –20°C and indefinitely at –80°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
