Specificity: Should detect PGHS-2 from most mammalian species, including rodents. Will not cross-react with PGHS-1 (COX-1).
Applications: Western Blot: 1:1000 dilution when using alkaline phosphatase. A higher dilution may be needed with more sensitive developing techniques. ELISA: 1:10,000 dilution should be sufficient.
