Specificity: This antibody was generated against the G-T-P-E-Y-L-A-P-E peptide and is excellent for Western blot detection of protein kinases containing this sequence.
Applications: A dilution of 1: 50 is recommended for Western blotting using alkaline phosphatase. A further dilution may be possible with more sensitive detection systems.
Note: Use of 1% normalized goat serum added to a usual blocking agent is recommended to reduce non-specific interactions.

Storage: Stable for several weeks at 4oC, several months at -20°C, and indefinitely at -70°C.Do not refreeze this product.
