Working Dilution: A dilution of 1/1000 for Western blots will yield a strong band with 10 µg of rat microsomes using Alkaline Phosphatase.
Storage: Stable for several weeks at 4 C, several months at -20 C, and indefinitely at -80 C.  Do not freeze and thaw repeatedly.  Refreezing the product may result in diminishment or loss of activity.
