Immunoglobulin Type: Polyclonal Rabbit IgG.
Specificity: Prepared against synthetic peptide corresponding to a distinct C terminal region from rat protein kinase Ce and based on known homologies is expected to react with the Protein Kinase C ortholog in most mammalian species.
Applications: Intended for use in Western blots, ELISA, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemical techniques for fresh or frozen sections. Paraffin-embedded and fixed tissues have not been tested.
Recommended dilutions: For Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Western blotting using alkaline phosphatase or horseradish peroxidase, a dilution of 1:250 is recommended. With a more sensitive detection system, such as enhanced chemiluminescence or ELISA, the antibody may be diluted further.
Contents: 1µg/100 µl of antiserum containing 0.05% sodium azide.
