Working Dilution: A dilution of 1/1000 for Western blots will yield a positive result with ≥ 10 µg of recombinant human cytochrome P450 2D6 using alkaline phosphatase- conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Storage: Store at -20°C. Do not freeze and thaw repeatedly. Aliquot the product for later use. Refreezing the product may result in loss of activity.
