Affinity & Specificity of Anti-Serotonin Antibody
Competitive ELISA demonstrates that low amounts of Serotonin conjugate are required to abolish antigen-antibody reaction (high affinity), while rising concentrations of Tryptamine and 5-Methoxy-Tryptamine conjugates do not affect reaction (high specificity).
