Immunoglobulin Type: Monoclonal Mouse IgG

Specificity: This antibody was developed against ovine PGHS-1 and specifically reacts with ovine PGHS-1 at 1:100 or higher dilution.

Applications: For Western blotting and Immunohistochemistry using alkaline phosphatase or horseradish peroxide, a dilution of 1:1000 is recommended. With a more sensitive detection system such as enhanced chemiluminescence or ELISA, the antibody may be diluted further.

Contents per Vial: 100 mL of ascetic fluid containing 0.1% sodium azide.

Storage: Stable for several weeks at 4°C or several months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
