Tuna IGF-I, recombinant protein (Receptor Grade) (100 ug)
Tuna insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) is a single chain 68 amino acid polypeptide that shares structural homology with human IGF-I. Seventeen amino acids are different compared to the sequence of human IGF-I. Three of these changes occur in the B-domain, seven in the variable C-domain, two in the A-domain and five in the D-domain. Tuna IGF-I can be used for a variety of in vivo and in vitro applications including those investigating the actions of growth hormone.
This Tuna IGF-I, recombinant protein (Receptor Grade) (100 ug) is manufactured in Australia by GroPep Bioreagents.
