Human EGF antiserum (Rabbit)
Human epidermal growth factor (EGF) antiserum was prepared by immunising rabbits with human EGF conjugated to ovalbumin. It cross-reacts 100% with human EGFand 56% with L-EGF. Cross-reactivity to human TGF-α is < 0.01%. This antiserum can be used to develop immune based assays and detection systems for human EGF.
