The RNase Inhibitor helps to prevent RNA degradation in applications like cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, in vitro transcription/ translation reactions or RNA purification. The enzyme is purified from a recombinant E. coli strain carrying the RNase Inhibitor gene.
