ExoGAG Cell Culture Medium
The ExoGAG Cell Culture Medium precipitation reaction is based on the interaction between the precipitation solution and glycosaminoglycans located on the exosome surface. After a simple incubation, the exosomes can be isolated by a short centrifugation. This patented system allows the isolation of exosomes from a cell culture supernatant sample with a minimal amount of co-precipitated material, such as protein or genetic material (DNA, RNA, or microRNA).
Cell culture medium (CCM) is a valuable source of extracellular vesicles (among them exosomes) for basic research, therapeutic and in vitro diagnostic applications.
Besides being the source of energy for cell cultures, CCM also contains proteins, metabolites and extracellular vesicles (among them exosomes) secreted by the cells.
Exosomes isolated from CCM represent a wide source for in vitro biomarker discovery and validation.
This ExoGAG Cell Culture Medium is manufactured in Spain by Nexotech.
