Rabbit polyclonal antibody to IGF-I, raised against an analogue of human IGF-I and purified by Protein A chromatography. Detects IGF-I in human, mouse, rat, and multiple other mammalian species, as well as chicken and fish. Validated for immunohistochemistry and Western ligand blotting. This product is for research use only and not to be used in diagnostic procedures.

This IGF-I antibody was prepared by immunising rabbits with an analogue of human IGF-I. The immunoglobulin fraction was then prepared by Protein A affinity chromatography. It detects IGF-I in human, mouse, rat and a range of other mammalian species as well as in chicken and fish. The antibody should be primarily used for a immunohistochemistry and Western Ligand blotting.
