Mouse NGAL ELISA Kit

The Mouse NGAL ELISA Kit is designed to quantitatively measure neutrophil gelatinase–associated lipocalin (NGAL), also known as lipocalin-2, in mouse serum, plasma, urine, or tissue extracts. NGAL is a small iron-binding protein released by neutrophils and various epithelial tissues in response to injury or inflammation. It is one of the earliest and most sensitive biomarkers of acute kidney injury (AKI), rising sharply in blood and urine within hours of renal tubular damage—well before traditional markers such as serum creatinine.
