Mouse Anti Endothelin Receptor A IgG Antibody ELISA Kit
The Mouse Anti–Endothelin Receptor A (ETA) IgG Antibody ELISA Kit is designed to detect and quantify IgG antibodies directed against the Endothelin Receptor A (ETA) in mouse samples. ETA is a G-protein–coupled receptor that mediates the vasoconstrictive and proliferative effects of endothelin-1, playing a key role in cardiovascular regulation, vascular remodeling, and renal function. Autoantibodies targeting ETA have been implicated in various cardiovascular and autoimmune disorders, making their detection important for preclinical research and mechanistic studies.
In this ELISA format, microplate wells are coated with recombinant or synthetic ETA antigens to capture ETA-specific IgG antibodies from mouse serum or plasma samples. Following binding, an enzyme-conjugated secondary antibody produces a colorimetric signal proportional to the concentration of anti-ETA IgG. This assay provides a sensitive, specific, and reproducible method for quantifying autoantibodies in experimental studies.
Applications of the Mouse Anti–Endothelin Receptor A IgG Antibody ELISA Kit include investigating autoimmune-mediated vascular dysfunction, studying antibody responses in mouse models of hypertension, pulmonary arterial disease, or renal disorders, and evaluating the role of ETA-targeting antibodies in pathological signaling. Measuring these antibodies provides valuable insights into immune-mediated modulation of the endothelin system and supports research into potential therapeutic interventions.
