easYmer® HLA-A*01:01 MHC Tetramers Kit

easYmers® are peptide-receptive HLA class I molecules designed to generate custom peptide-HLA (pHLA) monomers. Simply add your peptide of interest to create specific monomers, which can then be tetramerized using fluorophore-conjugated streptavidin for T cell staining and analysis by flow cytometry. easYmer® reagents maintain native HLA-I structure without artificial disulfide bonds and are validated using a FACS-based bead assay.

This technology supports:

-Efficient production of pHLA monomers with a single epitope for high-throughput screening,
-Parallel screening of multiple peptide epitope candidates,
-Evaluation and validation of peptide-HLA-I interactions.
