RTS pIVEX Wheat Germ His6-tag Vector Set
The two vectors contain all regulatory elements necessary for in vitro expression based on a combination of T7 RNA polymerase and wheat germ lysates. They enable the attachment of a His6-tag in different orientations, at the C- and N-terminus of the protein. Cloning into RTS pIVEX Wheat Germ His6-tag vectors allows optimal protein expression in RTS Wheat Germ CECF kits to produce more than 1 mg protein per 1 ml synthesis volume in a 24-hour reaction.
