Fecal calprotectin levels were determined by EagleBio’s Calprotectin ELISA.  The Eagle Biosciences Calprotectin ELISA Assay kit is intended for use in the quantitative determination of human calprotectin (neutrophil cytoplasmic protein S100A8/A9, MRP 8/14) levels in stool samples via Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
