Free neutralizing antibodies (NAbs) to vedolizumab represent a key biomarker for assessing the immunogenic response in patients undergoing vedolizumab therapy. These antibodies specifically bind to vedolizumab and inhibit its pharmacological function by blocking its interaction with the α4β7 integrin target.
